30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for a refund or exchange. This window starts the day the tracking marks your package as "Delivered."

Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, items must be:

• Unworn and unused, in their original condition
• Returned in the original brand box (no shipping labels or tape on the box)
• Accompanied by all original tags, accessories, and authenticity inserts
• Free of any signs of wear, scuffs, or odors

Items that don't meet these conditions may be rejected or subject to a partial refund.

Return Process

1. Email our team at support@conceitclub.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We'll reply within 24–48 hours with a prepaid return label and instructions.
3. Drop off the package at any USPS location within 7 days of receiving the label.
4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item (typically 2–4 business days after drop-off), you'll be notified by email.

Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection. The exact timing depends on your bank or card issuer.

Exchanges
Want a different size or color? Let us know in your return request. If the requested item is in stock, we'll ship the replacement at no additional cost once we receive the original.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll cover all costs and arrange a replacement or full refund immediately — no questions asked.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

• Items marked as Final Sale
• Items that have been worn outdoors or visibly used
• Items missing original tags, box, or authenticity insert
